Capsule Stations

CONTROLLING storm water flow is tricky at best.  However, the use of retention, storage and pumps provide an alternative solution when gravity systems cannot provide an adequate level of protection.

The purpose of a Capsule Pump Station is to receive, store temporarily as needed, and move storm water through a collection system.  The submersible wet well capsule lift station is built around a submersible pump motor unit, which is designed to operate under water with an open submerged inlet.

More and more, submersible pumps are being specified in North America. Large and small units are used in farming, motels, schools, marine, commercial buildings, industrial plants, and municipal storm water systems.

Carry Capsule Pump Stations are a complete solution for shopping centers, parking lots, manufactured home communities, golf courses and farm land de-watering with high-volume, low-head pumping applications. Excellent for storm-flow management and other applications in the 2 to 25 feet of total dynamic head range, the Carry Capsule Pump Stations generate from 50 to 5,800 GPM per station.   All stations are available in single phase or three phase power.

The stations feature various sizes of Carry's Axial-Flow Submersible Pumps. With stainless steel construction, investment casting, CNC machining precision, and Franklin Electric Motors, these pumps are durable, efficient, and economical.

The pump station tanks are in either galvanized or polymerically coated CSP. Mercury level floats to solid-state/pressure transducer liquid level controls are available. Carry will manufacture simplex to quadplex stations with basic to advanced electrical controls and options to meet the project's demands.

Carry's Capsule Pump Stations are fully documented with design and layout information provided, factory-built-complete, ready - to - install solutions for your pumping applications.  Upon your approval, we will arrange for prompt delivery of your order.

Carry's Capsule Pump Stations are efficient for the project engineer and contractor and economical for the customer. The stations are a single-source solution, which provide first-class quality and reliability.
